Orientation and approach
Primarily I use an Integrative approach to psychotherapy. In consultation with the client, I tailor the intervention to suit the specifics of each case, for some clients this may be targeting specific unwanted cognitions (thoughts) and behaviours, for others a longer term more explorative type of work may be more appropriate.
