Orientation and approach
My approach is integrative, with a strong relational psychodynamic / humanistic base. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples using the therapeutic relationship as the interpersonal space in which healing and transformation takes place.
My focus includes working with those suffering from depression, anxiety, personality disorders, addiction, trauma. All of these disorders may manifest in poor self esteem, behavioural problems, relationship issues, work issues, parenting issues, all of which I treat.
