How to place a practice profile on

There are three steps to follow when submitting a profile on this website.

Step One : Register as a Site User

Click on any Register link, accept the Registration Rules and then fill in the registration form.

Step Two : Submit your practice profile

Once registered as a site user you must now submit your practice details by clicking here or on the Add your Practice link on the main navigation menu.

Step Three : Make Payment

Your profile has now been submitted and is awaiting approval. The last step is to make payment of R375 via cash / cheque or interne banking EFT into the following bank account.

Please use your customer number on the attached invoice as the deposit reference.

Your deposit reference should be your surname. You can email your deposit confirmation to or fax it to 086 670 0432.

Once your profile has been checked and your payment received your profile will be made live for a period of six months and you will receive an invoice and receipt for tax purposes.

You will receive a further invoice 30 days before your six months expires at which point you may elect to renew your advertisement.

How to edit an existing profile on

To edit your existing profile follow these steps.

Step One

Log in to the website using the username and password you used when you first created your profile. If you have forgotten your username navigate to your profile on the site. Your username will appear on the very top of your profile where it says "Submitted by".

If you have forgotten your password you can retrieve it using the fogotten password link on the login page.

Step Two

Go to the home page of the website. The first box on the right hand side of the page has information about your forum registration and there is also a link there asking you to edit your professional profile.

Alternatively, once you have logged in navigate to your profile. There will now be a small edit link on the top of your profile on the right hand side. This link is visible only when you are logged in with your username and password. Click this link and edit your information as required.

Once you have submitted your changes your profile will be offline for 24 hours while the changes are double checked.
