I would like to study towards a Masters in Industrial Psychology. I have a BA Psychologyan a BPysch, and a ceretificate in Psychometry. I am currently a registered counsellor and independent psychometrist working in the H R field.

I need help regarding which subjects I have to take at an undergrad and honours level in order to enter a Masters course eventually.

I have info from wits, UJ and unisa but they just confused me more.

Please help, the reg deadlines are close and I still hav no clue.

Hi there,

I think your best course of action is to actually the course coordinator at (eg) UNISA and to explain your position.

Usually, any university will expect of you to obtain the undergraduate credits before allowing you to enroll for the Honnours program.  A colleague of mine did her undergraduate Industrial Psychology credits in one year and thereafer enrolled for the Honnours...followed by her Masters.

So it's all about what credits the university will give you for what you have studied and then to catch up with the outstanding modules.

I hope this helps
