Hi Everyone,
I'm hoping someone here will be able to help me.
I'm currently awaiting MA interviews within the Western Cape region
(i.e. Stellenbosch, UCT & UWC). Naturally I'm hoping to secure a
spot at one of the Universities, but am also needing to do some planning
ahead in terms of financing my studies, should I get in.
I seem to have been receiving conflicting information regarding how much
one can expect to be paid, during your internship and community service
year. I'm really just trying to get a sense of whether or not I would
be able to afford to pay off a student loan, during that time? Does it
vary from institution to institution, and from province to province?
Note that I am specifically referring to training as a Cllinical
Psychologist.
If someone could assist me with this, I would be most appreciative - thanks!

All internships at Govt institutions pay the same country wide. If you are able to secure a internship placement you can expect around R340 000 per annum.
