with ample secure off-street parking, access-control, and coffee
shop. The room is situated in a block with other health
professionals (psychologists, a psychiatrist and speech therapist),
and includes a waiting room, kitchen and bathroom.
Perfectly suited to a health professional (must be registered with
HPCSA).
Two rental options available:
Option 1: Short-term rental of the office fully-furnished for the
months September to December 2017 (R6000 per month)
Option 2: Longer-term option of half-day use of the office from
1pm on weekdays and all day on weekends (R3500 per month).
This option may be considered during Sept to December and then
is available from January 2018.
